Executive Secretary
This page explains how to delete your Executive Secretary account and the personal information associated with it. You can request deletion at any time — you do not need to be signed in to make the request.
How to request account deletion
- Email executivesecretaryapp@gmail.com from the email address on your account (or include that address in the message), with the subject “Delete my account.”
- We confirm the request with you to verify you control the account.
- Once verified, we permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- Your sign-in account and active sessions.
- Your profile details: name, email address, and phone number.
- Roster and contact details you entered (member names, email addresses, phone numbers, callings, and any parent/guardian contacts).
- Content you created: calendar items, appointments, assignments, reminders, notes, and any photos you uploaded.
- Push-notification tokens and reminder preferences.
What is kept, and for how long
After deletion we do not retain your personal data for any further use, and we never sell or share it. The only residual copies are in routine encrypted backups, which are purged on our normal backup rotation within an additional 30 days after the account is deleted. We may retain minimal, non-identifying records (such as aggregate system logs) where required for security or legal obligations.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove data. While signed in, a leader can delete individual records — members, events, assignments, reminders, and uploaded photos — directly in the app at any time, and those records are removed immediately. To request removal of specific information you can’t remove yourself, email us at the address above and we’ll handle it within 30 days.
