By using Executive Secretary you agree to these terms. The service helps ward and stake leaders schedule appointments, plan activities, track assignments, and send reminders.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for legitimate ward/stake administration. Enter contact information only for people who have agreed to be contacted, and keep that information accurate and up to date.

SMS reminder program

• Program description: Executive Secretary sends assignment and meeting/action-item reminders to people whose reminder preference has been set to a texting option.
• Opt-in: Texts are sent only after consent is recorded by selecting a texting preference for that person (or their parent/guardian).
• Message frequency: Varies based on assignments and meetings (typically a few messages per month).
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-out & help: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts; reply HELP for assistance. You can also ask a leader to change your reminder preference back to email.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties for their marketing.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Reminder delivery depends on third-party email and SMS providers and on carrier networks, and is not guaranteed.
